Joe Biden Needs His Notecards to Sign Condolence Book For Queen Elizabeth (VIDEO)

Joe and Jill Biden arrived in London Saturday evening to attend Queen Elizabeth’s funeral.

Joe Biden paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth as he signed the Queen’s book of condolence at Lancaster House of London.

Dummy Joe Biden pulled out his notecards as he entered the room.

Joe Biden needed his notecards as he signed the condolence book and mumbled through remarks.

Biden claimed the Queen kept offering him “crimpets” the last time he saw her.

“Our hearts go out you and you were fortunate to have had her for 70 years,” Biden said in garbled remarks.

Jill Biden winced as Joe mumbled nonsense.

Embarrassing.
