Karine Jean-Pierre Says Republicans Are “Not Wanting to Lower Costs” (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday said it is the Republicans who don’t want to lower costs.

“At this point we are going to make sure that we are doing everything that we can to lower costs and, you know, Republicans are doing the complete opposite. They’re not wanting to lower costs,” Karine Jean-Pierre said.

Karine Jean-Pierre actually said this with a straight face.

Inflation rates were low when Joe Biden was sworn into office in January 2021.

Gas prices were low when Joe Biden was sworn into office.

Since Joe Biden entered the White House, inflation rates and gas prices have soared.

Republicans have not been in charge for nearly two years but high gas prices and runaway inflation is due to the evil Republicans, according to Karine Jean-Pierre.

Karine Jean-Pierre argued that Joe Biden’s ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ will bring down costs.

Joe Biden’s $740 billion Green New Deal repackaged as the ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ will make inflation worse.

Inflation rates are so high that the Federal Reserve last week raised interest rates by 75 basis points for the 3rd time in a span of a few months.

Fed Chair Powell said interest rates will continue to rise until inflation is under control.
