What is Joe Biden Hiding? Biden’s Office Concerned About ‘Political Sensitivities’ of Releasing Senate Papers Currently Under Lock and Key at University of Delaware

What is Joe Biden hiding in his senate papers currently under lock and key at the University of Delaware?

The University of Delaware refuses to release Biden’s records and said that the papers will not be released until two years after Biden retires.

“The collection of former Vice President Biden’s senatorial papers is still being processed, with many items yet to be cataloged,” an email from a school spokeswoman said. “The entire collection will remain closed to the public until two years after Mr. Biden retires from public life.”

Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation initially filed a FOIA lawsuit in 2020 for all of Biden’s senate records – 1,850 boxes of records.

According to emails obtained by Fox News, Joe Biden’s office is concerned about “political sensitivities” of releasing his senate papers that are currently hiding at the University of Delaware.

“As you can see, the terms contained in the current draft are very favorable to the University,” Katherine Oyama, who was serving as Biden’s associate counsel and later deputy counsel said in a 2010 email to Hunter Biden’s associate Eric Schwerin, Fox News reported. “Cynthia [Hogan] also asked me to note that due to the political sensitivities associated with any public release of the Vice President’s Senate papers, both the Office of the Vice President and the White House will have strong views on some of these items, especially those related to the timing and scope of any public release.”

Fox News reported:

The office of then-Vice President Biden expressed concerns in 2010 about the University of Delaware’s terms for the “deed of gift” for his Senate papers “due to the political sensitivities” that could arise from releasing the papers to the public, according to an email reviewed and verified by Fox News Digital.

In March 2010, Katherine Oyama, who was serving as Biden’s associate counsel and later deputy counsel, emailed Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, Eric Schwerin, about transmitting Biden’s Senate papers, telling him that Biden’s counsel Cynthia Hogan asked her to forward him some flags to be reviewed.

The email went on to list some sections that needed to be reviewed, including “Property ownership,” “Timing of archival processing and public release,” “Opportunity for review prior to release,” and “Scope.”

Some additional provisions that were proposed included a “requirement that archival staff sign non-disclosure agreements during the processing period” and a “fixed period of time during which certain of the Senate papers remain sealed.” Another proposal was an “indemnification agreement related to claims arising from public release of the materials.”

Biden doesn’t want his senate records unsealed because there would be evidence of a sexual assault complaint filed by Tara Reade in 1993.

Reade has repeatedly called on Biden to release the records from his 36 years as a senator, which are currently inaccessible to the public and are kept at the University of Delaware.

Joe Biden also spoke to Vladimir Putin while he was serving as a senator – what did then-Senator Joe Biden discuss with Putin?

“Joe Biden is being protected by the University of Delaware, and the courts are growing impatient with the shell games,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Of course, President Biden could end the dispute by simply releasing the details about his Senate records. What is Biden hiding?”
