Trump Sues CNN for Defamation – Seeks $475 Million in Damages

President Trump sued CNN on Monday for defamation. The Republican president seeks $475 million in damages.

CNN led the media mob in its baseless accusations that candidate and President Trump was a stooge for Putin and Russia.

The allegations were later found to be based on efforts by the Hillary Clinton campaign to smear Donald Trump.

The Stasi-FBI ran an attempted coup against Trump knowing the allegations of his ties to Russia were fraudulent.

Bloomberg reported:

Former President Donald Trump sued CNN for defamation, claiming the cable news network has escalated a campaign of libel and slander against him recently because it fears he’ll run for re-election in 2024.

CNN has attempted to taint Trump “with a series of ever-more scandalous, false, and defamatory labels of ‘racist,’ ‘Russian lackey,’ ‘insurrectionist,’ and ultimately ‘Hitler,’” the former president’s lawyers said in the suit filed Monday in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Trump is seeking at least $475 million in damages, according to the filing.
