Joe and Jill Biden Monday evening hosted local children of firefighters, nurses and police officers at the White House for a Halloween celebration.
Dr. Jill looked tacky (as usual) in her fairy costume and purple wig.

Biden took advantage of the trick-or-treating event and sniffed a baby.
He just can’t help himself.
