Pro-Trump Republican Joe Kent Raises Concerns Over Ballot Count in His Race

Pro-Trump Republican Joe Kent Raises Concerns Over Ballot Count in His Race

The 2022 Midterm Elections have provided many unpleasant surprises for Republicans this year, including the possibility they may not take the House. One of the most shocking races is occurring in Washington’s 3rd Congressional District.

MAGA Republican Joe Kent, who upset Never Trumper Jamie Herrera-Beutler in the August 8th Primary, is currently trailing far left Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez by 2% with about 30% of the vote still out. This was a district Donald Trump carried by 4 points in 2020.  While most of remaining ballots should favor Kent because they were turned in on election day, he suspects election officials may be up to no good.

Kent went on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast Thursday to provide updates on the election results. When Bannon asked why ballot counting was taking so long, Kent provided this answer:

“Best case, they’re just trying to demoralize us. Worst case, there’s some sleight of hand going on behind the scenes,” Kent said.

The local media is dismissing his statement as a conspiracy theory. The Gateway Pundit, however, has produced many insightful articles detailing suspicious election activity across the country. The drop and roll in particular was in full effect this election cycle. We also know Clark County officials in Nevada cannot be trusted with accurate counts. Adam Laxalt is likely toast and who knows with Joe Lombardo. Maricopa County shenanigans also happened this year just like in 2020.

Kent has more reason to be suspicious. The 2004 Washington Gubernatorial Election involving Democrat Christine Gregoire and Republican Dino Rossi was arguably the most corrupt election this century.  Rossi not only was ahead in the initial vote, but also won the first recount. Officials then magically discovered extra votes in a second recount done by hand and Gregoire “won” by 129 votes.  The Democrats who run Washington State have not disappeared and only a naïve fool would trust them to deliver honest results in a razor-thin race.

America is in dire need of serious electoral reform. Mail-in balloting is so notoriously unreliable that even Jimmy Carter raised concerns over potential fraud. This method of voting should be abolished completely. Furthermore, every ballot must be counted within hours, not days. If France can accomplish this, so can America. National Voter ID is also essential.

Kent’s race may prove the difference between either Republicans or Democrats controlling the House. Time to pray for a clear victory outside the margin of fraud.
