John Fetterman, a man with brain damage who lived off of mommy and daddy until he was 50, was ‘elected’ to Pennsylvania’s open US Senate seat last week.
Fetterman can barely speak after his massive stroke in May.
He needs giant monitors and a stenographer typing out questions in real time in order to communicate.
Fetterman’s wife Gisele Fetterman also follows him around and speaks on his behalf.

Gisele Fetterman escorted her husband to Capitol Hill on Tuesday.
Fetterman was on Capitol Hill and donned a suit for a round of important meetings.
Gisele held her husband’s hand through his meetings with Democrats.
She posted a photo of the two of them on Capitol Hill – and nearly cropped her husband out of the photo!
Gisele Fetterman is the star of the show and John Fetterman is just along for the ride.
