More Fakery in the FTX Bankruptcy Court – Judge Rules on Keeping Creditors’ Names Redacted

More fakery in the FTX bankruptcy court.  The judge now makes an announcement on redacting the names of FTX creditors.

Late last week we reported on the bizarre move by FTX debtors to request that the court keep the names of FTX creditors hidden during the trial.

Zerohedge reported moments ago that the US Trustee in the FTX bankruptcy case is opposed to keeping FTX creditor names confidential.

The judge in the case says however that he will keep the top 50 creditor names redacted for the time being.

Judge Dorsey says he will keep names and addresses of top 50 creditors redacted on an interim basis.

In addition, an attorney who claims to represent a significant number of the top 50 creditors showed up today.

A lawyer on behalf of major FTX creditors made an appearance, says he represents a significant number of customers who are likely be on the top 50 creditor list.

Well that’s interesting
