Trump Organization Found Guilty in New York Kangaroo Court for Not Taxing Some Fringe Benefits While Crime in the City Explodes

The size of corruption in America has reached epic proportions.  In New York its reached intergalactic proportions as the crooks are running the justice department.

A jury in New York has found:

The jury has found Donald Trump’s real-estate company criminally liable for its executives’ tax fraud.
To acquit, jurors needed to believe that Trump’s two top financial executives testified truthfully.
The Trump Org. faces up to $1.6 million in penalties — and felony status.

A New York jury found the Trump Organization guilty on all counts of criminal tax fraud.

The deliberations followed a monthlong trial that featured testimony from seven witnesses, including longtime Trump Organization finance chief Allen Weisselberg and Senior Vice President and Controller Jeffrey McConney. An outside accountant who spent years preparing tax returns for Trump and the company also testified.

About 40 minutes into deliberations, jurors sent a note asking the judge to reread the elements of one of the charges, conspiracy to defraud in the fourth degree. Judge Juan Manuel Merchan obliged.

Weisselberg, who pleaded guilty to dodging taxes on $1.7 million in extras, testified that he and McConney conspired to hide extras from his income by deducting their cost from his pre-tax salary and issuing falsified W-2 forms.

Prosecutors charged the Trump Organization in the form of two subsidiaries, Trump Corporation and Trump Payroll Corporation. Trump Corporation is charged with nine counts. Trump Payroll Corporation is charged with eight.

These charges would never have taken place if they hadn’t involved President Trump.

President Trump moved to Florida a few years ago after having enough of the corrupt actors running the state and city.

Just like the recent We Build the Wall case held in New York, there was no way that the President and his companies were going to go unscathed in a corrupt New York courtroom.

President Trump is not charged. The Trump Organization case is the only trial to arise from the Manhattan district attorney’s office’s three-year investigation of Trump and his business practices.

President Trump responded to the Kangaroo Court in a Truth this afternoon:

Murder and Violent Crime is at an all time high in NYC, and the D.A.’s office has spent almost all of its time & money fighting a political Witch Hunt for D.C. against “Trump” over Fringe Benefits, something that in the history of our Country, has never been so tried in Court before. Two weeks at trial, yet no MURDER CASE has gone to trial in 6 years, much to the consternation of victims mothers and families who are devastated that NOTHING is being done to bring JUSTICE. Too busy on “Donald.”
