Corrupt Maricopa County election official Recorder Stephen Richer, who participated in the stolen 2022 election, was seen celebrating Katie Hobbs’ corrupt “victory” on social media.
He and Bill Gates participated in the cover-up of election day discrepancies, and admittedly gave false instructions to voters on election day.
Richer oversaw early voting and founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans PAC, a dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is coming under increasing scrutiny after the botched election in Maricopa County, leading some to question his founding and operation of the Pro-Democracy Republicans PAC, whose stated mission is “to support pro-democracy Arizona Republicans” who reject “conspiracy theorists and demagoguery” from candidates who maintain the 2020 presidential election in Arizona was stolen. In the context of the 2022 election, this is an indication of Richer’s direct opposition to GOP gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake, GOP Secretary of State nominee Mark Finchem, several state legislators and candidates for Maricopa County Supervisor.
While Richer’s PAC claims to support Republicans, it has received money from a man who donates to almost exclusively Democrats. Francis Najafi gave $20,000 to his PAC, $60,000 to the Arizona Democratic Party, and $5,300 to Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who is running for governor.
The PAC paid $45,000 to a PAC during the primary called Defending Arizona Values, which is run by Camelback Strategies, a moderate GOP consulting group with ties to the McCain family that raised money this past year, but spent very little on actual candidates.
Similarly, instead of going to candidates, much of the money Richer’s PAC raised has gone to reimburse him for things like airfare, food, and other “operating expenses.” None of it appears to have gone to any candidate.
Maricopa County Chairman Bill Gates, who oversaw the Election Day operation in Maricopa County, openly rooted against Trump-Endorsed candidates, calling their win in the primaries a “catastrophe” and saying, “I think they are electable, which is frightening.”
Bill Gates and Stephen Richer also co-starred in an ad by Never-Trump groups to discredit auditors of Maricopa County’s 2020 election and attack supporters of the audit like Trump-Endorsed Republican candidates.
On November 8, 2022, at least 50% of the tabulators or printers were not operating on Election Day in Maricopa County.
Republicans waited 4 hours in the Arizona sun to vote in Maricopa county. Thousands were told they could vote at a different precinct after they signed in, which they couldn’t. And tens of thousands were told to dump their ballot into a bin that would be counted later.
Following Election Day, Democrat candidates won more than 50% of the votes despite only recording 17% of the turnout on Election Day. How is this possible?
Additionally, The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Stephen Richer colluded with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to censor the Gateway Pundit and other conservative pages.

Katie Hobbs, who also oversaw her own rigged election, also asked Twitter to silence her political opponents.
These people hated Kari Lake, and they rigged the election.
Stephen Richer was also seen liking LinkedIn posts, celebrating the rigged election results, and telling Kari Lake to “go away.”
Kari Lake War Room shared a tweet revealing this information by investigative reporter Natalie Winters, saying,

He clearly devoted most of his energy to it.
Evidently, he didn’t have time to make sure the machines worked on Election Day, or to count Maricopa County’s votes in less than 2 weeks.

These criminals are just rubbing it in our faces.
Peacefully contact the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to demand a real investigation into the election debacle in Maricopa County.
