Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli filed a lawsuit on Monday against Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County for disenfranchising Arizona voters by their lawless behavior in the 2022 midterm elections.
Sonny Borrelli and John Doe plaintiffs filed the lawsuit against Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, County Recorder Stephen Richer, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and election director Scott Jarrett for their roles in the fraudulent and uncertifiable 2022 midterm election.
Mohave County delayed certification of their election results following the midterm election amid expressed uncertainty over the validity of Maricopa County’s results. They certified their results about two weeks ago. Chairman Ron Gould stated during the certification that he was compelled under threat of arrest to certify the results.
Proud of Mohave County resident and Dist 30 Senator Sonny Borrelli for filing his lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County. Mohave County voters were disenfranchised and Borrelli is doing something about it! pic.twitter.com/4eWqoVqJXC

Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo lashed out at Senator Borrelli after the filing.
Another example of @SonnyBorrelli using our judicial system to continue the frivolous and ridiculous efforts to undermine our Democracy. Wasting the taxpayers dollars and the courts time on unfounded conspiracy. Plaintiff and their attorneys must be held accountable. https://t.co/Xb0VSCzwfB
