Joe Biden on Friday participated in a town hall and spoke with veterans about the expansion of benefits from the Pact Act.
The town hall was off to an awkward start.
“I may be Irish but I’m not stupid,” Biden said.

Then this happened…
Biden mustered his creepiest voice yet and recalled a time when the daughter of a sergeant gave him a kiss.
“I handed the pen over to the…child of Sargent First Class…beautiful little girl…She held it looked and gave me a kiss saying, ‘thank you for my daddy.’”
This never happened.
This is Biden’s fantasy about the young child and he accidentally said it out loud.
