The Gateway Pundit previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.
The suit alleges a massive coordinated effort by the Deep State (permanent administrative state) to work with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on issues including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among other issues.

On Wednesday Dr. Anthony Fauci will be deposed in this case.
Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Attorney General Jeff Landry will be attending the deposition. Several attorneys from their state offices will also be in attendance.
The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, a plaintiff in the case, and our attorney and legal counsel will be in attendance.
The deposition starts at 8 AM this morning and will be held in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr, Jayanta “Jay” Bhattacharya, a plaintiff in the case, will not be attending but will have his attorneys in attendance.
Dr. Anthony Fauci held his last press conference in front of the White House Press Corps on Tuesday. He told the reporters he had no problem defending his record in promised hearings in front of Congress after his retirement in December adding, “I have no trouble testifying… I have nothing to hide.”
This morning we will find out what Dr. Fauci is willing to discuss and what he will not.
