Dr. Jill and Joe Wednesday evening attended the national Christmas tree lighting at the Ellipse hosted by rapper LL Cool J.
Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff joined the Bidens at the tree lighting ceremony.
Joe Biden mumbled through his remarks.
He sounded drunk.
At one point Biden ogled a “beautiful lady” – and Dr. Jill wasn’t too happy about her husband’s wandering eye.
The look on Jill’s face said it all.

Biden looked totally lost after he delivered remarks.
He ended up following Jill Biden like a puppy as he made his way off the stage.
