3D printed nutrient gummy brand Rem3dy Health honoured with King’s Award for Enterprise

The 3D printed nutrient gummy brand have received the first ever King’s award in the ‘Innovation’ category.

Rem3dy’s first consumer brand, Nourished, were the first in the world to harness the power of 3D printing to create truly personalised nutrition. They have developed an impressive set of proprietary patented technologies which they combine with science-backed nutrients and an intelligent logic recommendation algorithm, allowing them to create unique 3D printed nutrient gummies suited specifically to an individual’s lifestyle and goals.

This is the first year that the programme has been named The King’s Awards for Enterprise, with the new name reflecting King Charles’ desire to continue Queen Elizabeth II’s legacy of recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 57th year, is the most prestigious business award in the country, with successful businesses able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.

Melissa Snover, CEO of Rem3dy Health had this to say on the award win: “We are incredibly honoured to receive the inaugural King’s Award for Enterprise. R&D and Innovation are at the heart of everything we do and we invest deeply to continuously push the boundaries in manufacturing and the customisation of health. To see our work recognised by His Majesty The King in this way means the world to the team and I.”

This recognition is the crown jewel in a series of recent award wins for REM3DY Health, who have received several other honours since the turn of the year; including the West Midlands Leadership Awards and winner of Growth Business of the Year in the recent Business Champion Awards.

These awards tell a wider story of REM3DY / Nourished as a growing regional powerhouse, now employing more than 100 people across three sites in Birmingham, and set to hit over £10m revenue in just their third full year of trading. Having already seen huge successes in the UK and US, they are now looking to expand globally. They recently took on a £2.5m investment from Suntory Holdings in a strategic partnership to support their planned expansion into Asia in Q3.
