Fox News reporter Peter Doocy on Monday repeatedly grilled White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Biden’s failure to reduce inflation.
Inflation rates are at 40-year highs because of Joe Biden’s tax-and-spend policies.
Inflation was low and steady while Trump was in office:
Biden’s so-called ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ made inflation worse.
“If Biden’s top domestic priority is inflation, why doesn’t he have more to show for it?” Doocy asked Karine Jean-Pierre.
Karine Jean-Pierre reverted to her empty talking points: “So, the president understands…that inflation is an issue, high cost, cost is an issue for the American people, and so he’s been very clear about making that his #1 economic priority – and he’s done the work!”
